HOW TO MANAGE ANKLE SPRAINS
See a Physio! Even if you think the injury is mild, ankle sprains can stick around if they aren’t managed appropriately.
DO I NEED AN X-RAY?
That depends! It’s best to see a Doctor or Physio for an assessment to determine if any imaging is needed.
Usually, if you are unable to put any weight through your ankle and the bones around the ankle are very tender to touch, it’s best to get an x-ray to make sure nothing is broken.
